AJ Pape

A.J. Pape is a leading international coach and facilitator. He works with teams and families to fulfill ambitious goals in complex environments around the world. A.J.’s career spans work with multiple generations, from younger Millennial inheritors to Founder-CEO’s in the peak years of their leadership. He helps clients uncover the roadblocks to achieving their vision and execute the steps needed for success, particularly focusing on strengthening the key relationships required to realize and protect significant gains. His clients have included Shell, CapitalOne, Fidelity, and Zappos.

Since 1987, A.J.’s focus has been on effective communication and teamwork in small groups. Serving multi-generational families, private businesses and global organizations, A.J. has taught his clients the skills to bridge communication gaps across generations and personal differences. He is regularly sought out to advise on high-stakes situations where conflict puts relationships and assets at risk.

A.J. draws on 30 years of facilitation experience, 20 years of applied linguistics coaching, and 18 years working with embodied leadership approaches to building trust and resolving conflict. His undergraduate degree is in International Relations from Princeton University.

Originally from Canada, A.J. has lived and worked in the U.S., U.K., India and Brazil. He speaks fluent Portuguese and conversational French.
